Here is yet another interesting concept by designer Julia Kononenko, who has already impressed us with the convertible sofa that transforms into a dining table with six padded stools. The Water Map basin uses a topographic map as a basin where the water flows through the ducts that bear a resemblance to the river channels. The basin represents the streets of central part of London. London map was chosen for designing the basin owing to the fact that the first industrial products had appeared back in the XVIII century in England.
Julia Kononenko also intended to use other outlines of maps to create new designs.
