We have seen some amazing concepts in indoor gardening earlier, and the latest with us is the Fogger from the house of VAKANTdesign. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, the Fogger is a vertical planter that lets you grow fresh herbs and vegetables all year round. All you need to do is to put the pre-germinated seedlings of fruits and veggies into the pillar with the neoprene plugs. Fill in the tank with water, add organic fertilizer, connect the system to the power source and you are all set to go.
Plants in the Fogger get water and nutrition automatically up to six weeks, thanks to the fogponic cultivation technique, which sends nutrient-rich fog down to the roots inside the Fogger’s pillar. The planter’s self-sufficient system makes sure that the excess water and nutrients are not wasted through seepage or evaporation, and puts them back to use. The Fogger takes just 0.3 sq m of your valuable space, and outputs what you get from a 3 sq m of regular area.
The low power consumption of less than 4 watts saves you from high electricity bills. Moreover, the Fogger has been designed in a way to complement any interior or exterior spaces, and it also improves the air quality.
