Designed by Terrence Chuang, the environmentally friendly C-Stool is a Red Dot award winner and is made with reclaimed glass bottles and cheap cork. The designer has used glass bottles of different colors to create this scalable stool, which can be used either as a single piece or as a set. The reclaimed bottles have been fixed to the cork block and function as legs for the stool.
The cork serves as a soft seating area. You can add empty bottles of different sizes to add a personal touch to the furniture piece. The cork section fits standard bottle sizes. The concept is nice, but I am worried if this thing going to support me well? What if the bottles break?
