Indian student invents alarm clock that wakes you up with an electric shock

Electrifying Alarm Clock

Imagine yourself in deep sleep early in the morning, alarm clock ringing to wake you up and you hit he snooze button to get nothing but an electric shock. A 19-year-old Indian student, Sankalp Sinha, who had the habit of hitting the snooze button to get some more time to sleep, which ultimately got him late for the university lectures, has invented an alarm clock that gives you a small electric shock when you hit the snooze button. Sankalp Sinha is an automobile engineering student at Sharda University in Uttar Pradesh, India. The good thing is that this electric shock generated via the snooze button won’t harm you in any way. It’s a fraction of the 50K volts you get from the standard Taser gun.

The Good Morning Sing N Shock clock features an aluminum-coated snooze button and integrates a music player. If this shocking alarm clock goes into mass production, it might sell for around $100. Although the Good Morning Sing N Shock clock seems like a great way to force someone out of the bed, I would personally hate to start my day with an electric shock in the morning.
