Regular cooktops feature heating components close to electronic components, which makes for the requirement of a good insulation layer between the two. The same results in a compact product, but with thickness. The Roll-Up induction cooktop separates the two components, which makes the heating component neat and thin. Since Roll-Up uses smaller induction coils, the heating component can be folded easily. The electronic component sits stylishly in a chic hard drive like case.
