I am not sure how comfortable it would be to sit on this stool, but it is too awesome to pass. The Dome Stool is an interesting piece of furniture that gives users the feeling of sitting on air. Designed by Toer, the metal and wood stool features a seat made out of eighty curved steel rods that spring out of the wooden base making a polar array. The Dome stool is sturdy enough to sit on, thanks to its strong form usually used in architecture like the pantheon.
The round, beech wood design of the stool contrasts elegantly with the hard metal rods. The transparent design bestows the Toer’s Dome stool with minimalist and honest appearance.
