Coffee table made from metal parts of a vintage tractor

British designer and artist Toby Poolman aims to explore the relationship between concept, aesthetics and functionality through his one-of-a-kind sculptures and furniture pieces. At the Tent London design event, he displayed his unique wall art and a coffee table made from the obsolete metal parts of an old Ferguson tractor. The old, rustic machine was first cautiously dismantled and then, each part was cleaned, shaped and welded to bring the “TE 2255557 01” sculptural coffee table to life. The recycled engineering components have been coated with a protective finish.
