Designed by London based industrial design studio Onur Ozkaya, the Void(an) Chair and Void(an) Table enjoy a wavy and highly inviting silhouette. The elastic textile capacity of the perforated leather makes for geometric deformation for the possibility of eye-catching double curved surfaces, which do not require any particular formwork or structure below. In order to reduce the production cost and time for both the furniture pieces, CNC manufactured sectional formworks are put into use.
The Void(an) Chair flaunts fiberglass body, leather upholstery at its back and woven textile on its front. On the other hand, the Void(an) Table has a birch plywood body with leather upholstery.
